Schedule:

40 hours per week Casco Property Management, Inc., an established professional property management company, is seeking an experienced Carpenter / Framer to join our team. We are looking for an organized, dependable, detail-oriented individual with a positive attitude who takes pride in quality workmanship. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of five years of experience in the construction industry. Thorough knowledge of construction methods, materials, tools, and equipment. Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Professional attitude and strong communication skills. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of a criminal background check as part of the hiring process. Reliable, registered vehicle, valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and a clean driving record. Must provide your own tools. Authorized to work in the United States. Availability to maintain a consistent 40-hour workweek. Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
