We're Den Defenders , and our goal is simple: design, build, and install the best residential security screens in America. We manufacture premium custom security doors and window screens, and we're looking for experienced finish carpenters and installers to join our team. This isn't a "show up, install a door, and leave" position. Our installers are the final stop in the customer experience . You're the person who turns what the customer purchased into the finished product they've been waiting for. What We're Looking For Craftsmanship matters. Personality does too.

You should be someone who:

Takes pride in clean, precise work and doesn't settle for "good enough" Is friendly, professional, and comfortable in customers' homes Enjoys showing homeowners the finished product Is willing to take photos/videos and occasionally participate in company social media Understands that creating a great customer experience is part of the job — not an extra task If you want to keep your head down, install the product, and leave without interacting with anyone, this probably isn't the position for you. What You'll Do Install high-end custom security doors and window screens with speciality modifications (trim, stucco work etc.) Walk homeowners through their finished product and answer questions Capture photos and videos of completed projects Garner reviews and referrals from satisfied customers Represent Den Defenders professionally in customers' homes Compensation & Benefits This is a performance-driven position with opportunities to earn more for great work and great customer experiences. $28 / hour starting base pay Additional bonus & commission opportunities Company vehicle and fuel card Paid training Full benefits Paid travel opportunities Advancement based on performance Experience Required At least 2 years of professional experience in one or more of the following: Finish carpentry — trim, molding, detailed finish work Door/window installation Framing or similar skilled construction work Technical skill matters, but so does how you carry yourself in a customer's home. We can teach you our products and installation process. We can't teach you to care about your work, take pride in the finished product, or treat customers well.
