Job Title:
Carpenter -
Rough & Finish Carpentry Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Carpenter with a strong background in both rough and finish carpentry. The ideal candidate will be skilled in framing, installation, repairs, and detailed finish work for residential and/or commercial projects. Candidates must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform rough carpentry duties including framing walls, floors, roofs, and structures Complete finish carpentry work such as installing cabinets, trim, molding, doors, windows, and fixtures Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials accurately Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely Ensure projects are completed according to quality standards and timelines Inspect and repair damaged frameworks or structures as needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment Collaborate with supervisors, contractors, and other trades on job sites
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3+ years of carpentry experience Experience in both rough and finish carpentry required Ability to read blueprints and construction documents Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred OSHA certification is a plus

Schedule:
Full-time | Monday - Friday | Overtime as needed
Pay:
DOE (Depending on Experience)
Pay:
$25.50 - $31.50 per hour
