Job Description

High-end residential construction company seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter / Field Lead for projects throughout Truckee, North Lake Tahoe, and the West Shore. This is a hands-on leadership role for a well-rounded carpenter who can read plans, lead crews, solve problems in the field, and keep projects moving with minimal supervision. Projects include custom homes, remodels, additions, framing, finish carpentry, repairs, and property upgrades. Professionalism, quality workmanship, and the ability to work directly around homeowners and property managers are essential. Responsibilities Lead crews and work hands-on across residential construction projects. Read plans, plan ahead, and keep projects moving. Perform framing, finish carpentry, remodeling, repairs, and general construction work. Solve field problems and maintain quality standards. Keep jobsites clean, organized, and professional. Requirements Significant residential construction experience with strong framing and finish carpentry skills. Ability to read plans and lead crews independently. Own basic carpentry tools. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Dependable 4WD/AWD vehicle for Tahoe winter conditions.
