Range / Starting

at $25 (DOE) Skills Extensive knowledge and proficiency in hand-held and shop power tools including table saw, miter saw, routers, etc. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills with intense attention to detail Effective, reflective listening skills, with the capacity to receive and respond to feedback Ability to prioritize tasks (and to solicit guidance when needed) in order to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Ability to adapt to changing situations and to adjust / pivot when needed Ability to recognize and identify potential issues / challenges and route them to management in a timely manner Ability to recognize strengths and weaknesses of all team members and work to put people in a position to succeed, while also pushing them to grow Problem Solving Qualifications 2+ years of relevant industry experience Availability on nights / weekends / holidays Eligibility to work in the U.S Ability to carry 80+ lbs. Ability to travel Valid CADL + clean DMV record Drug Screening and Background Screen Ability to drive a 16' and/or 26' box truck - A PLUS! Schedule 8+ hour shift Monday - Friday Overtime/Double-time Weekends as needed Holidays as needed
