This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from framing and trim carpentry to restoration and remodeling. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for performing hands-on construction tasks, assisting with site preparation, and supporting skilled tradespeople to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in active environments, enjoy working with their hands, and are eager to develop their carpentry skills while contributing to high-quality construction outcomes. Duties Assist with framing, siding, windows, remodeling, drywall installation, trim carpentry, and door hanging using hand tools and power tools Prepare job sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and ensuring safety protocols are followed Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks such as moving materials, installing siding or stucco, and working on water damage restoration projects Support fabrication tasks including woodwork, fixture installation, cabinetry, and metal stud framing Assist with layout of framing, tenant finish, caulking/painting, and other various task as needed to support various trades Experience Prior experience in construction or related fields such as remodeling, restoration industry work, or manufacturing is highly preferred Familiarity with hand tools (e.g., hammers, saws), power tools (e.g., drills, nail guns), and heavy equipment operation is essential Experience in specialized areas such as siding, windows, tile laying, flooring installation, wood framing, finish carpentry, decks, metal stud framing, or CNC fabrication is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights or in confined spaces when required Strong understanding of safety procedures on construction sites and adherence to OSHA standards Join us in building quality structures while advancing your skills in a supportive team environment!
