Colorado Project Builders is looking for an experienced Lead Remodel Carpenter / Working Site Supervisor to take charge of an active residential remodel in Delta, Colorado. We need someone who can both work with their hands and run the jobsite . This is not a position where you simply supervise from the sidelines. Responsibilities Manage the remodel day-to-day Coordinate workers and subcontractors Perform carpentry and general remodeling work Framing and repairs Drywall installation and repair Doors, trim and finish carpentry Cabinet installation Flooring Demolition Painting and punch-list work Coordinate plumbing, electrical and HVAC trades Check workmanship and catch problems before work is covered Track materials and deliveries Maintain a clean, organized jobsite Take daily progress photos Keep project information updated Communicate problems, delays and material needs immediately What We're Looking For Strong residential remodeling experience Able to handle multiple phases of a remodel Experience leading crews or subcontractors Able to work independently without constant supervision Reliable transportation Dependable and organized Strong problem-solving skills Able to read plans, measurements and scopes of work We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the Delta project and keep it moving from start through final punch list. Strong performance can lead to additional Colorado Project Builders projects throughout Western Colorado.
