https://www.hhbldrs.com/ Position Overview We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Carpenter to join our residential remodeling team. This is a foundational field position for someone who has enough carpentry experience to be a strong team member, while remaining willing to learn, develop their skills, and grow within H&H Builders' systems and processes. You'll work alongside experienced carpenters, project leadership, and trade partners to support framing and general carpentry work on residential remodel projects. This role is a good fit for someone who takes pride in their work, works well with others, and wants to continue building their skills in residential remodeling. This is a field-focused role with clear direction and support , not a management position. What You'll Do Perform residential carpentry and framing work on remodeling projects Assist with layout, framing, and modifications to existing structures Read and follow construction drawings with guidance from lead carpenters or supervisors Use hand and power tools safely and effectively Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite Communicate jobsite needs or issues clearly with the team Support inspections and make adjustments as directed Help with general carpentry tasks as projects progress Follow H&H Builders' systems, processes, and quality expectations What We're Looking For 2+ years of residential carpentry experience preferred Experience with remodeling or renovation work is a plus Basic understanding of framing and construction methods Enough hands-on experience to contribute effectively on a jobsite Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow within the company Ability to work well as part of a team Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Pride in doing quality work Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Why Work at H&H Builders We believe good carpenters deserve a workplace where: Craftsmanship is respected Expectations are clear Teamwork matters There's room to grow over time You'll work on well-planned projects, alongside people who care about doing things right, in a company that values long-term relationships with its team.
