Ideal Carpenter:

Pay for a carpenter varies between $30-$40 per hour. Depending on work experience, capabilities, and management experience. Accrual of sick time 6 paid holidays (New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day) 5 paid vacation days after 12 months employment 10 unpaid vacation days Opportunities for project bonuses.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

Experience in carpentry.

Specifics including:

Layout, structural wood framing, timber framing, siding and exterior trim, roof framing including hand cut roof systems - residential and commercial. Proficient in reading blueprints Ability to effectively manage and lead small crews (3-15) Professional attitude Excellent verbal and written communication skills 2-3 years of recent experience required. Basic computer and phone skills Valid driver's license with reliable personal vehicle Residing within Denver Metro. Must be able to manage projects such as residential home frames, or small to mid sized commercial wood frames.
