Job Description
We are a small residential remodeling company looking for a dependable Remodeling Crew Helper . This is a hands-on position working on residential remodeling projects including bathrooms, kitchens, doors, trim, cabinets, flooring, drywall, light framing, demolition, and finish work. Applicants should have actual hands-on experience in residential construction, remodeling, carpentry, drywall, flooring, cabinets, doors, trim, or similar interior trades. You do not need to be a lead carpenter, but you should be comfortable using basic construction tools, measuring, cutting, and working on a jobsite. Requirements Previous hands-on construction or remodeling experience Comfortable using common hand and power tools Basic tools Basic measuring and cutting skills Reliable transportation Dependable and punctual Able to work full-time Able to follow directions and work independently on basic tasks Finish carpentry experience is a plus
