Remodeling Helper / Finish Carpentry Assistant Castro Services Denver, CO Job Details Full-time From $23 an hour 7 hours ago Qualifications Spanish Flooring installation Renovation Residential construction experience English Frame carpentry Full Job Description We are a small and growing home remodeling company serving the Denver metro area. Our projects range from small interior modifications, such as closets, doors and trim, to bathroom remodels and home additions. We are looking for a Remodeling Helper / Finish Carpentry Assistant to work directly with an experienced general contractor. This is not a lead carpenter or supervisor position. We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of hands-on construction or interior remodeling experience who understands the basics and is willing to learn, follow direction, and grow with the company. The ideal candidate should have some experience with: Finish carpentry, trim, baseboards, casing and doors Basic framing and drywall Flooring and cabinet installation General interior remodeling Basic knowledge of different construction trades Using common hand and power tools Finish carpentry experience is especially important. We do not specialize in concrete, landscaping or exterior labor. Most of our work is interior remodeling and finish work, where attention to detail is important. Please apply only if you have hands-on experience in construction, residential remodeling, or finish carpentry. Experience in unrelated industries such as restaurants, retail, management, or general labor does not meet the experience requirement for this position.
