CARPENTER HELPER
at Decktec, you are continually bringing our stunning outdoor living spaces to life. Working under the guidance of some of the most talented Lead Carpenters in the industry, you will be learning far more than how to build a basic deck. Whether you have one year of carpentry experience or 10, we will support your individual growth track to help you master of your craft. As a
CARPENTER
HELPER, a typical day may include the following: Arrive at assigned build location on time Coordinating with crew lead to establish the day's objectives Getting all necessary tools, equipment and materials ready for the day Supporting lead carpenter through all phases of the build Maintaining a clean and organized build location- picking up trash, scrap and extra material throughout the day Clean up- make sure all tools, equipment and materials are put away in a neat and orderly fashion at the end of wash day This job might be for you if: You are a team player You are punctual and reliable You have the ability to start your day early You take pride in your job and have a desire for professional growth You would like to be a part of something bigger than yourself You are looking to work alongside industry experts and grow in a long-term opportunity Minimum Requirements to Perform the
Job:
Have a MINIMUM of 1-2 Years of Carpentry/Building Experience Either Own or Have Ongoing Access to Basic Carpentry Tools (i.e. power drills, impact driver, circular saw, etc...)
