Job Description
CARPENTER
to join our dynamic team, bringing expertise in various aspects of construction and carpentry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from framing and trim carpentry to restoration and remodeling. As a Carpenter, you will play a vital part in ensuring high-quality craftsmanship, safety, and efficiency across multiple job sites. Your hands-on experience and technical knowledge will contribute directly to the successful completion of construction projects, making a visible impact on our clients' spaces. Duties Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction tasks Perform framing, trim carpentry, drywall installation, tile, flooring and finishing work with precision Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively Install fixtures, cabinetry, doors, siding, roofing materials, and flooring to meet project specifications Conduct concrete forming, masonry work, rebar installation, for various structures Engage in restoration projects Assist with plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC-related tasks as needed Operate heavy lifting equipment and perform demolition or removal tasks safely on-site Read and interpret schematics or blueprints to ensure accurate project execution Support team members in remodeling projects by providing skilled craftsmanship in Carpentry Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times Qualifications Proven experience in construction estimating, framing carpentry, trim carpentry, or related fields Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools Strong background in construction site operations with knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics Experience with concrete forming, masonry, roofing, siding installation, and restoration industry practices Familiarity with water damage restoration processes including mold remediation and structural repairs Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on demanding job sites Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, cabinetry installation Prior handyman experience or construction painting skills are a plus Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quality workmanship and safety compliance Join us as a Carpenter and bring your expertise to exciting projects that shape our communities.
