This position plays a key role in the erection of residential and light commercial structures, from foundations to framing systems. The ideal candidate takes pride in solid, accurate work, understands structural sequencing, and thrives in a fast-paced construction environment. Responsibilities Perform concrete-related work , including forming, rebar placement, pours, and finishing as required. Execute rough carpentry and framing , including walls, floors, roofs, and structural components. Assist in the erection of buildings and structural systems following plans and specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and layouts accurately. Safely and efficiently operate hand tools and power tools used in concrete and framing work. Work collaboratively with crew members to meet project timelines and quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite at all times. Perform heavy lifting and physical labor consistent with concrete and framing tasks.
Note:
This position is primarily focused on structural construction. Finish and trim carpentry is minimal and not a primary responsibility. Requirements Proven experience in concrete work, framing, and structural carpentry . Strong understanding of construction site practices and safety regulations . Ability to read and work from blueprints, layouts, and technical documents . Proficiency with construction tools, equipment, and framing methods . Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work well as part of a team. Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor throughout the workday.
