Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Subcontractor/Lead Carpenter to oversee residential construction projects from start to finish. In this role you will complete Kitchen and Bathroom remdoles you will ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. Your expertise in carpentry and construction techniques will drive project success and client satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your leadership skills while working on diverse remodeling and new construction projects. Duties
MUST BE ABLE TO COMPLETE A KITCHEN OR BATHROOM REMODEL IN A TIMELY MANNER.
Qualifications Extensive experience in residential carpentry with a strong background in framing, trim carpentry, drywall finishing, and remodeling projects Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings for various construction plans Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools for woodworking, metal stud framing tools, and woodworking machines Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high safety standards on-site Experience with flooring installation, tile laying, fixture installation, door hanging, plastering, stucco application, rebar installation. Strong understanding of wood construction materials including framing lumber, plywoods, drywall components and finishing materials Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during material handling or structural work Must be able to do light electrical for example, swaping out outlets and switches and fan and light exhausts.
