Home Remodeler/Carpenter Laborer

We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and motivated All-Around Construction Laborer to support residential property management and home remodeling projects, primarily focused on flipping single- and multi-family homes. This role requires someone who is comfortable wearing many hats, working independently or as part of a team, and taking pride in quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

Perform general construction and remodeling tasks on residential properties Assist with demolition, framing, drywall installation and repair Perform basic carpentry, trim work, and door/window installation Install flooring (vinyl plank, laminate, hardwood, tile) Assist with kitchen and bathroom renovations Painting, patching, and surface preparation Minor plumbing and electrical tasks (as permitted by code and skill level) Property maintenance and repair work between tenants Maintain clean and organized job sites Identify and report issues or needed repairs Load/unload materials and tools Work efficiently to meet project timelines common in home flips

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in construction, remodeling, or property maintenance preferred Experience working on home renovations or flips strongly preferred Knowledge of tools, materials, and safe work practices Ability to perform physical labor, lift 50+ lbs, and work in varying conditions Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Basic understanding of building codes and best practices a plus Desired Skills (Not Required but a Plus) Tile installation Finish carpentry Drywall hanging and finishing Bathroom and kitchen remodel experience Punch-list and turn-over work Ability to read basic plans or sketches
