Project Manager About the Role We are looking for an experienced, dependable carpenter to join our kitchen and bathroom remodeling team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, shows up on time, thinks on their feet, and works well with both coworkers and homeowners. Our projects require more than just carpentry skills. Remodeling often brings unexpected challenges, so we value problem solving, attention to detail, communication, and teamwork just as much as technical ability. Key Responsibilities Perform high-quality carpentry work for kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects. Complete demolition, framing, blocking, drywall, trim, doors, and finish carpentry as required. Install cabinets, vanities, countertops, molding, shelving, and other finished components. Read and interpret plans, measurements, and project specifications. Accurately measure, cut, fit, and install materials. Identify potential problems before they become costly issues and develop practical solutions. Work closely with project managers, designers, subcontractors, and other team members to keep projects moving. Communicate clearly about jobsite conditions, material needs, scheduling concerns, and unexpected issues. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite throughout each project. Protect customers' homes, floors, furniture, and belongings during construction. Interact professionally and respectfully with homeowners while working in their homes. Complete work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship. Follow established company procedures, safety standards, and building codes. What We're Looking For The right person will: Have 5+ years of professional carpentry or remodeling experience . Have hands-on experience with kitchen and/or bathroom renovations. Be punctual, reliable, and accountable . Take ownership of their work and follow through on commitments. Be a strong problem solver who can adapt when conditions in an existing home aren't exactly as expected. Work well independently while also being a dependable team player. Have excellent attention to detail and take pride in quality workmanship. Be comfortable working in occupied homes and treating customers and their property with respect. Be able to read plans, take accurate measurements, and work from detailed specifications. Be proficient with common hand and power tools. Have a positive, can-do attitude and be willing to help wherever needed to get the job done right. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry construction materials and equipment. Ability to stand, kneel, bend, climb, and work in confined spaces for extended periods. Ability to safely operate hand and power tools. Ability to work on active construction sites while maintaining safe work practices.
