• POSITION OVERVIEW

  We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Laborer to join our field crew. You'll be doing real, hands-on work outdoors, on the ground, making properties look great and keeping them maintained year-round. If you're someone who works hard and takes pride in a job well done, we want to hear from you.

• RESPONSIBILITIES

  Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing Spring and fall property cleanups Leaf removal and debris hauling Snow plowing and shoveling Property cleanouts (interior and exterior) General property maintenance and minor home repairs Property preservation tasks

• REQUIREMENTS

  Ability to perform physical outdoor labor in all weather conditions Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Valid driver's license preferred Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or labor a plus — will train the right candidate Must be located in or near New Haven County, CT
