In this vital role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and finishing custom woodwork and millwork components that elevate residential and commercial spaces. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life through detailed carpentry work, utilizing a wide array of hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your construction experience in a collaborative environment that values quality, safety, and innovation. Duties Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute projects. Measure, cut, assemble, and install custom millwork including trim, molding, cabinetry, doors, siding, and fixtures. Operate woodworking machines safely and efficiently to produce precise components according to specifications. Use hand tools and power tools for woodworking tasks such as sanding, shaping, drilling, and fastening. Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required for framing, rebar installation, plastering, stucco application, and water damage restoration projects. Ensure adherence to power tool safety standards while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Assist with remodeling projects, fixture installation, mold remediation efforts, tile laying, and other carpentry-related tasks as needed. Experience Extensive experience in residential carpentry, trim carpentry, framing, siding installation, door hanging, and fixture assembly. Familiarity with woodworking machines and hand tools used in custom millwork fabrication. Strong background in construction site experience including safety protocols such as power tool safety practices. Knowledge of water damage restoration techniques and mold remediation is a plus. Previous work in the restoration industry or heavy remodeling projects enhances your suitability for this role.
