Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Server-Assistant & Hostess to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience. You will be responsible for delivering food from the kitchen to the dining area, assisting servers, seating & assisting guests and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This position will train you to learn our menu and systems, so you can eventually become a server or bartender with our company. Advancement from within is always preferred. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred. Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations. Experience with banquet service is a plus. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Background in hospitality or culinary arts is advantageous but not mandatory. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
