Job Description

Finish Carpenter - High-End Kitchen Installations The Kitchenworks Boca Raton, FL Job Details Full-time $36 - $45 an hour 13 hours ago Benefits Health savings account Paid holidays Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Life insurance Qualifications Level Interior fit-out carpentry Power tools for woodworking Driver's License Quality control Material converting Full Job Description The Kitchenworks builds the finest kitchens in South Florida — fully bespoke Dutch Made cabinetry, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, natural stone, and marine/yacht installations for an ultra-high-end clientele. Our median project is a $150,000 kitchen. Nothing we install is ordinary, and nothing leaves the site unless it's flawless. We're looking for a Master Finish Carpenter / Cabinet Installer who takes real pride in precision work — someone who wants to do the best installations of their career, on the best projects, with a team that holds the same standard. Why This Job Is Different You'll install the highest-caliber cabinetry in the market — no builder-grade, no volume tract work. Real bespoke craftsmanship. Top-of-market pay for the right person, plus some of the best benefits in the industry: generous 401(k) match, health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid holidays, and PTO. A team that respects the craft. We're a 36-year, family-run, award-winning shop. Our lead carpenter runs jobs with a helper, and we protect our people from chaos so you can do clean work. Every day is different — kitchens, bars, baths, built-ins, yachts. The Standard We Hold We install plumb, level, and square — dead-on. Our tolerances are tighter than typical field carpentry or even standard kitchen installation. If "close enough" satisfies you, this isn't your shop. If you're the person who can't leave a scribe or a reveal that's off by a hair, we want to talk. What You'll Do Install custom kitchen and built-in cabinetry, moldings, panels, and trim to CAD elevations Unbox and inspect all cabinetry on arrival Read plans, lay out a kitchen, and learn our specific installation requirements Make clean, precise on-site modifications Run post-installation QC checks and client walk-throughs Keep an organized, clean job site every single day Interact with high-end clients professionally and represent the caliber of our work Hit project timelines without ever compromising craftsmanship What You Bring Minimum 6+ years installing high-end cabinetry (strongly preferred) Valid driver's license (required) Proven ability to install to CAD elevations — plumb, level, square, dead-on Full complement of your own tools: compound miter saw, table saw, track saw, Kreg jig, Domino or Lamello joiner, and the rest of your finish kit Sound knowledge of jobsite safety and safe power-tool operation Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and as part of a crew Reliability, strong communication, and a schedule you can flex when a project demands it How to Apply - This is important: Send a short note and photos of your recent installation work. Craftsmanship speaks louder than a résumé. Send pictures of your truck and tools. We move fast for the right person.
