Responsibilities Measure, cut, assemble, and install framing components using hand tools and power tools to meet project specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute framing plans. Erect metal buildings and metal stud framing with precision and safety awareness. Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, and concrete finishing to support structural integrity. Execute drywall installation, plastering, stucco application, siding, and trim carpentry to enhance building aesthetics. Operate heavy equipment safely for site preparation and material handling as needed. Collaborate with construction management teams to ensure projects adhere to timelines, safety standards, and quality expectations. Skills Extensive experience with construction site work including framing, roofing, masonry, and restoration projects. Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings or schematics. Skilled in the use of hand tools such as tape measures, saws, hammers, levels, and chisels; familiar with power tools for efficient workflow. Knowledge of metal building erection, metal stud framing, drywall installation, and siding techniques. Ability to perform dimensional measurements accurately for precise cuts and fits. Experience with rebar installation and concrete forming processes for foundational work. Strong understanding of construction management principles and safety protocols on active sites. Capable of heavy lifting and performing physically demanding tasks consistently while maintaining safety standards.
