Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Frame Carpenter to join our team for new construction residential framing projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various framing tasks, including setting trusses, installing sheathing, drying in, and all aspects of interior framing. This role requires a strong work ethic, proficiency in blueprint reading, and the ability to work safely at heights. Candidates must have their own transportation and be committed to maintaining a drug-free work environment. Locations vary from Marion, Citrus, and Levy Counties in Florida. Duties Perform framing tasks such as setting trusses, installing sheathing, and completing interior framing for new residential construction projects Read and interpret blueprints accurately to ensure precise measurements and proper construction techniques Use tape measures and other tools to take dimensional measurements with high accuracy Set up and secure framing components according to project specifications and safety standards Work at heights safely and efficiently, demonstrating comfort with elevated work environments Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards Maintain a clean and organized work site, adhering to safety protocols at all times Requirements Proven experience in frame carpentry, specifically in residential new construction projects Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding construction plans Strong tape measure skills and the ability to take accurate dimensional measurements Ability to work safely at heights and handle physical demands of the job Own transportation is required for job site access Must be drug-free and committed to maintaining a safe work environment Good work ethic, reliable, and punctuality are essential qualities for success in this role Will need to have basic hand tools.
