This position involves residential punch-out work, warranty repairs, general carpentry, and miscellaneous construction tasks on custom homes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can work independently. Must have 5 years of experience in residential punch-out work on custom homes. Responsibilities Complete residential punch-out and warranty work on completed homes. Perform general carpentry, repairs, and finish work. Read and follow construction plans as needed. Use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Maintain a clean and organized job site. Follow OSHA safety standards and company safety procedures. Communicate with supervisors regarding project progress and job needs. Perform other construction-related tasks as assigned. Work additional hours, including overtime, when needed to meet project schedules and customer deadlines. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work, including climbing ladders. Reliable transportation (Mileage Reimbursement) . Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Residential construction and general carpentry. Reading blueprints and construction plans.
