In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of carpentry tasks with precision and efficiency, contributing to the successful completion of residential, commercial, woodworking shop and restoration projects. Your expertise in various carpentry disciplines will help ensure that all projects meet quality standards, safety regulations, and client expectations. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project plans Perform detailed parquetry manufacturing with attention to detail Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication equipment safely and effectively Install hardwood parquet flooring following blueprint and site conditions. Assist with water damage restoration, mold remediation, and general restoration tasks on construction sites Collaborate with team members to ensure heavy lifting is performed safely while adhering to project timelines Support remodeling efforts by fabricating custom components Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times Skills Proficiency in trim carpentry, framing carpentry and woodworking techniques Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication equipment Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings Experience with concrete forming, masonry work Ability to perform heavy lifting safely; familiarity with scaffolding and ladder use on construction sites Knowledge of water damage restoration procedures and mold remediation practices Familiarity with fixture installation—including hardwood flooring installation. Understanding of electrical experience related to basic electrical troubleshooting Prior experience in the restoration industry or remodeling projects is highly desirable This role offers an engaging environment where your craftsmanship makes a tangible difference.
