What you will do:
: The Carpenter is responsible for constructing, assembling, and repairing a variety of building materials and components. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with tools, measurements, and construction plans. Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials according to specifications Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine project requirements Install, build, or repair structures and components using a variety of tools and equipment Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications Load, move, and organize materials as needed for projects Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time Follow all safety policies and procedures Perform additional duties as needed What you will bring:: Experience in carpentry or a related trade preferred Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Ability to read and interpret basic construction documents Good communication and teamwork skills Dependable, organized, and able to follow instructions Experience in construction, manufacturing, or related environments Familiarity with material handling equipment and power tools Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Ability to lift moderate to heavy materials as required (up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 80 lbs) Ability to work at heights, on ladders or scaffolding when required Ability to perform work in indoor and/or outdoor environments, depending on the role What you will earn:: Health Care Benefits 401(k) with employer match Paid Time Off Benefits for union‑represented roles are determined by the applicable collective bargaining agreement and may differ from standard company benefits.
