Read and interpret schematics, and detailed drawings to ensure accurate project execution. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks efficiently. Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining safety standards. Requirements Proven experience in finish carpentry within construction or restoration industries; experience in remodeling or manufacturing is a plus. Ability to perform precise measurements and detailed craftsmanship in diverse environments such as construction sites or restoration projects. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quality workmanship and safety compliance. Physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights or in confined spaces; ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
