The pay rate ranges from $19
- 21 per hour, depending on experience. The schedule is Monday
- Friday, 7 AM
- 5 PM, with overtime available based on project needs.
Position Summary:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Concrete Carpenter Helpers/Laborers to assist skilled carpenters with concrete formwork and general construction tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience working on construction sites, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to job site safety. This position requires the ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments and to work effectively as part of a team.Key Responsibilities:
Assist concrete carpenters with building, setting, and stripping concrete forms. Carry, load, and unload materials, tools, and equipment. Mix, pour, and spread concrete as directed. Clean and prepare job sites, including the removal of debris and excess materials. Use basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and site-specific procedures. Other duties to be assigned as necessaryQualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous construction or concrete experience preferred but not required. Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment. Valid Driver's License preferred. Must successfully pass a drug screen before employment.Physical Requirements:
This position involves regular physical activity, including: Standing and walking for extended periods. Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching. Repetitive use of hands and arms. Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling materials up to 50 pounds or more. Working outdoors in various weather conditions.Benefits Offered:
