We are dedicated to delivering high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional service to our clients. Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Trim Carpenter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and finishing various trim elements that enhance the aesthetic appeal of residential and commercial spaces. Your expertise will help bring our clients' visions to life through precise craftsmanship and attention to detail. Responsibilities Measure, cut, assemble, and install trim work including crown molding, baseboards, stair railing, and custom woodwork with accuracy and efficiency Read and interpret blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure precise installation Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and effectively on construction sites Install doors, casings, base, stairs, wall details, & other features as needed Qualifications Proven experience in trim carpentry or related construction fields Strong knowledge of trim carpentry Skilled in using hand tools & power tools Experience with installing trim Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required on construction sites Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship Valid experience in construction site safety protocols and adherence to OSHA standards Join us at D & M Trim, Inc. where your craftsmanship will shape beautiful spaces!
