The Role:

This is a hands-on leadership position, we are seeking a dependable, experienced Carpenter /Field Supervisor (Lead Person) to oversee daily jobsite operations. You'll supervise a small crew (up to 3 people), keep jobs running smoothly, and maintain quality standards while actively working alongside the team. You'll manage tools, materials, and schedules, pick up the crew, document progress, and ensure everything gets done right. We work in Santa Rosa and Escambia Counties. We don't go past Navarre or Perdido Key. Mainly working in Gulf Breeze, Pace, Pensacola, Navarre, Milton and the surrounding areas. This is a position where you have to be prompt, know how to speak clearly. Must know how to communicate with all walks of life. This is construction. I ask that the candidate be clean cut and hold there self to a hire standard. I provide Shirts and if you wear Hats I have them also.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the crew, keeping everyone productive and focused Enforce code compliance and company quality standards Perform and oversee stucco, sealant, and elastomeric coating work Transport crew to and from job sites Manage tools, materials, and jobsite inventory Procure materials as needed Take photos of work and upload to CompanyCam Relay daily hours and progress to management Lead by example and step in to work when needed Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality Oversee construction site activities, Lead and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met efficiently and safely

Requirements:

Experienced Carpenter in Residential Construction + Waterproofing Leadership and communication skills Valid driver's license (required) Dependable, organized, and committed to growing with the company Strong integrity and ability to make decisions independently Strong leadership, communication, and common-sense decision-making skills Reliable, punctual, and organized Hands-on leadership position with real autonomy Opportunity to grow with a family-owned business Gain experience and lead projects in stucco, sealants, and elastomeric coatings How to
