We specialize in high-end residential and commercial carpentry projects and work alongside some of Miami's top general contractors. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, has a strong work ethic, and is eager to grow with a company that values quality and professionalism. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications. Fabricate, assemble, and install custom cabinetry, millwork, trim, doors, and other architectural woodwork. Operate woodworking machinery and power tools safely and efficiently. Perform shop fabrication as well as on-site installations. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Ensure all work meets our high standards of quality and precision. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of professional carpentry experience . Experience with both shop fabrication and field installation . Ability to operate woodworking equipment and hand tools safely. Experience with custom cabinetry, millwork, and finish carpentry is preferred. Ability to read blueprints and accurately measure and cut materials. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional craftsmanship. Reliable transportation and punctuality. Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn and grow.
