Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Carpenter/Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be an essential part of building, restoring, and maintaining structures across various projects. Your hands-on skills, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently on-site will contribute directly to the successful completion of construction and renovation initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your craftsmanship while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction tasks. Perform framing, trim carpentry, siding, drywall installation, and door hanging with precision. Operate hand tools, power tools and fabrication equipment safely and effectively. Assist with concrete forming, masonry work, rebar installation, roofing, and metal stud framing as needed. Install fixtures such as cabinets, countertops, moldings, and other finishing elements. Conduct restoration work including water damage remediation, plastering, stucco application, and water damage restoration. Support other trades by performing heavy lifting, demolition, caulking, tile laying, flooring installation, and electrical or plumbing tasks when required. Experience Prior construction site experience is highly preferred; familiarity with various trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, and electrical work is a plus. Proven ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately for diverse projects. Hands-on experience with construction estimating and project planning is advantageous. Knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy lifting, scaffolding, working at heights, and operating power tools is essential. Restoration industry experience or background in manufacturing or remodeling projects will be considered a strong asset. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Demonstrated skills in working with hand tools and power tools in a fast-paced environment are required for success in this role. Pay:
$20.00 - $28.00 per hour
