Responsibilities Perform comprehensive remodeling tasks including drywall installation, flooring, cabinet and fixture installation, tile laying, trim carpentry, and painting. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete construction and finishing work. Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications. Manage framing, door hanging, roofing, plastering, caulking, and restoration projects with precision. Assist with construction management tasks such as estimating materials, coordinating schedules, and tracking project progress using Bluebeam or similar software. Collaborate with team members to execute electrical work, plumbing installations, electrical inspections, and fixture setups. Maintain a clean and organized job site while adhering to all safety protocols and regulations. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project expectations are met or exceeded. Experience Proven experience in remodeling or construction roles with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Extensive knowledge of building finishing techniques including drywall installation, painting, plastering, and flooring. Skilled in carpentry disciplines such as trim carpentry, frame carpentry, cabinet installation, door hanging, and roofing. Familiarity with construction management software like Bluebeam for project documentation. Hands-on experience with construction estimating and site inspection processes. Electrical experience including wiring, fixture installation, and electrical inspections is highly desirable. Ability to operate various hand tools and power tools safely on diverse job sites.
