Express Employment Professionals of Naples/Bonita Springs is hiring experienced Concrete Form Carpenters for a high-end residential builder specializing in multimillion-dollar luxury homes.

Pay:

Starting at $25 per hour, based on experience

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30

PM Job Type:

Full-time, Evaluation Hire (temp-to-permanent)

Responsibilities:

Assemble, install, align, and remove concrete form frames Set forms for concrete foundations, walls, columns, slabs, and other structures Take accurate measurements and follow construction plans Ensure forms are properly positioned, supported, and secured before concrete is poured Assist during concrete pours as needed Inspect forms for accuracy and stability Maintain a clean and safe job site Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions

Requirements:

Previous concrete form experience is required Experience working with concrete form frames and forming systems Ability to take accurate measurements and follow construction plans Ability to safely operate construction tools and equipment Must be dependable and arrive on time Must be able to perform physically demanding work outdoors in the Florida heat Ability to lift, carry, bend, climb, and remain on your feet throughout the shift Must have reliable transportation to assigned job sites Must be interested in a long-term opportunity This position focuses exclusively on concrete formwork—no traditional wood-framing work.
