In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality concrete and masonry work, including formwork construction, rebar installation, and finishing techniques. Your expertise will help bring construction projects to life, ensuring they meet safety standards, technical specifications, and quality expectations. Duties Construct and install formwork for concrete structures using blueprint specifications and technical drawings Prepare and pour concrete using mixers, pumps, and hand tools, ensuring proper mixing, placement, and finishing Install rebar reinforcement according to engineering plans to strengthen concrete elements Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely for cutting, drilling, and shaping concrete or masonry materials Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans accurately to guide project execution Perform masonry tasks such as laying bricks, blocks, or stonework with precision and adherence to safety protocols Conduct site inspections for safety compliance, proper material placement, and quality control during all phases of work Experience Proven experience working on construction projects involving concrete pouring, formwork construction, and masonry work Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes related to concrete and masonry tasks Familiarity with heavy lifting techniques and the operation of heavy equipment used in concrete placement and demolition Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications with attention to detail Hands-on experience with concrete cutting, finishing techniques including troweling and polishing, as well as plastering or renovation work Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations specific to concrete and masonry operations Skilled in the use of hand tools such as hammers, chisels, trowels, saws, as well as power tools like drills and mixers Mechanical knowledge related to operating concrete pumps or mixers efficiently while maintaining safety standards Join our team if you're passionate about craftsmanship in the construction industry!
