Job Summary We are seeking several skilled and motivated professionals for roadway and bridge construction projects, including a MOT Superintendent, Heavy Equipment Operators, and Bridge Carpenters. In these roles, you will support critical infrastructure work across active job sites, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality execution. Ideal individuals bring strong field experience, the ability to work in fast paced environments, and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards while contributing to project success from start to finish. MOT Superintendent Oversees traffic control operations on active roadway projects, ensuring safe and compliant work zones. Manages MOT crews, coordinates lane closures, and ensures all setups meet FDOT and safety standards. Heavy Equipment Operators Responsible for operating heavy machinery such as excavators, loaders, and backhoes to support construction activities. Requires precision, especially when working around underground utilities and active traffic areas. Bridge Carpenter Specializes in formwork and structural carpentry for bridge construction. Builds and installs forms for concrete placement, ensuring alignment with project specifications. Duties Perform roadway and bridge construction tasks including formwork, framing, excavation support, grading, and traffic control setup. Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely while following project plans and supervisor direction. Work in and around active roadways, ensuring proper placement of cones, barrels, signage, and barriers for safe traffic flow. Assist with site preparation, material handling, and maintaining alignment and accuracy of installations. Support concrete work, bridge deck forming, backfilling, compaction, and general site cleanup to maintain a safe and productive environment. Conduct routine equipment checks and report any issues promptly. Coordinate with crew members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines. Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE, and comply with FDOT and OSHA standards in a fast paced outdoor setting. Experience Skilled experience required in roadway, bridge, or heavy civil construction. MOT Superintendent must have experience managing traffic control operations and knowledge of

standards. Heavy Equipment Operators must have experience operating equipment such as excavators and working safely around underground utilities. Bridge Carpenters should have experience in formwork, structural builds, and reading project plans. All individuals should be able to work efficiently in a fast paced construction environment with a strong focus on safety and teamwork.
