In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing frameworks and decks on residential, commercial, or industrial projects. Your expertise will help bring building visions to life with precision and craftsmanship. PAY BASED ON EXPERIENCE.

Responsibilities Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute framing and decking projects. Measure and mark dimensions using tape measures, rulers, and other hand tools to ensure precise cuts and placements. Construct wall frames, roof trusses, metal building frameworks, and decks using appropriate materials such as wood, metal studs, or composite materials. Install siding, drywall, stucco, trim carpentry elements, and other finishing components to enhance structural integrity and aesthetics. Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to cut, shape, assemble, and install framing components. Perform concrete forming tasks including rebar installation and concrete finishing when required for foundation or structural support. Read construction plans thoroughly to interpret technical drawings and schematics for accurate project execution. Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other tradespeople to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to safety standards. Conduct heavy lifting, material handling, and site cleanup regularly to maintain an efficient work environment. Assist with remodeling or restoration projects by applying masonry skills or roofing expertise as needed. Experience Proven experience in framing carpentry with a strong background in deck installation and related construction activities. Familiarity with metal building erection, concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, roofing, drywall installation, siding, stucco application, and plastering. Skilled in interpreting blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and construction plans accurately. Proficient with hand tools such as saws, hammers, chisels; power tools including drills and saws; heavy equipment operation is a plus. Knowledge of construction management principles to coordinate tasks efficiently on-site. Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and material estimations confidently. Experience working on construction sites with a focus on safety protocols and quality standards. Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights or in various weather conditions. Demonstrated ability in woodworking, trim carpentry, framing carpentry (including metal stud framing), siding installation, roofing techniques, drywall finishing, and remodeling projects.
