Constructs products to aid in the support of patient care. Builds and repairs cabinets and other woodwork as needed. Works from blueprints, drawings, or oral instructions to complete assignments. Determines sequence of activities for fabrication, assembly, and erection of structures. Works with plastic, formica, and laminates. Maintains all trade-related equipment throughout the facilities. Provides professional advice and support to customers to achieve a quality outcome. Routes work orders to appropriate craft/shop for follow-up and completion. Installs door frames, hangs doors, installs hardware, and repairs floor tile. Installs glass in windows, doors, and partitions, and installs window hardware and accessories. Builds scaffolding and produces quality crafted products. Maintains accurate work order documentation within 24 hours of work performed, including correct equipment and account codes. Complies with healthcare, federal, state, and local rules and regulations. Other duties as assigned.Hours:
Day Shift- M-F•7:00am•3:30pm.
Education:
High School/Equivalent grad OR 3+ years experience [Required]Work Experience:
