• Full-time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to oversee and coordinate a wide range of construction projects, specializing in metal and wood framing.

Responsibilities Read and understand blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution. Manage the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and scaffolding to maintain productivity and safety standards. Collaborate with project manager/superintendent through work phases effectively while monitoring progress and quality control throughout the project lifecycle. Experience Proven experience in commercial and residential carpentry. Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical documentation related to construction projects. Strong leadership skills Lead Carpenter will possess the expertise with the use of hand tools and power tools necessary for detailed craftsmanship across multiple disciplines.
