This full-time position is involved with various types of handyman/carpentry projects arising from home renovations to general repairs and maintenance. No two days are exactly the same, and you will no longer have the Sunday gloom about returning to work on Monday morning. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the candidate that has skills that can't be taught, such as integrity, drive, and a desire to learn and grow with us.

Salary is negotiable and dependent upon experience. Skills General carpentry skills. Working experience with proper selection and use of hand and power tools. Basic electrical, such as photocells, ceiling fans, and tripped breakers. Basic plumbing for toilet, faucet and sink adjustments. Minor drywall patches and painting Painting with proper use of tools, related materials and cleanup. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly. Understanding of safety practices which comply with local, city, state and federal guidelines. Requirements 2-years of experience Fluent in English (verbal & written) Spanish is a huge, plus but not required Always provide a professional appearance and positive attitude Excellent attendance record and punctual High attention to details Meticulously organized with vehicle, supplies, tools and reporting Self-starter and ability to work independently yet collaborate well with a team Ability to prioritize and stay on schedule Valid driver's license with a 5-year clean driving record MUST pass a background check that includes: criminal, MVR and credit MUST pass drug screening.
