Job Description

OVERVIEW
Coastal Construction & Inspections is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Punch-Out Technician to join our team full-time. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys bringing remodeling projects to completion. The primary responsibility of this position is completing the final stages of residential remodeling projects and ensuring every detail meets our quality standards before project completion. Tasks may include drywall repairs, mudding, texturing, painting, trim installation, baseboard repairs, cabinet touch-ups, caulking, punch list items and other finish work required to deliver a polished, professional finished product to our customers. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently, communicate effectively, manage their time efficiently, and maintain a professional appearance and attitude while working in occupied homes. Experience in drywall finishing, painting, trim carpentry and general remodeling is strongly preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Drywall repairs, mudding, sanding and texturing. Interior painting and touch-up work. Installation and repair of baseboards, casing, crown molding and trim. Cabinet adjustments, repairs and touch-ups. Caulking and finishing details. Completing punch-list items efficiently and professionally. Maintaining a clean and organized work area. Ensuring projects meet Coastal Construction & Inspections quality standards.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 3 years of remodeling or construction experience. Reliable transportation. Valid driver's license. Ability to work independently with no supervision. Strong attention to detail. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to interact professionally with homeowners and team members.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Full-time position Hourly pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour, based on experience. Consistent year-round work. Opportunity for advancement within the company.
