Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various aspects of remodeling and construction, with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship. This role involves transforming residential and commercial spaces through renovation and restoration projects, ensuring that all work meets industry standards and client expectations. Duties Execute remodeling projects from start to finish, including demolition, framing, drywall installation, and finishing work. Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate project execution. Perform trim carpentry tasks, including the installation of moldings, baseboards, and custom cabinetry. Install fixtures such as cabinets, countertops, sinks, and lighting according to specifications. Conduct electrical work as needed for installations and renovations. Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various tasks throughout the remodeling process. Apply caulking and plastering techniques to ensure a polished finish on all surfaces. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert recommendations throughout the remodeling process. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Skills Experience in the restoration industry with knowledge of best practices for renovation projects. Skills in trim carpentry, tile work, fixture installation, caulking, and the use of power tools. Attention to detail with an ability to deliver high-quality workmanship consistently. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues that arise during projects. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
