Job Description

Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Experienced Carpenters with painter and other experience to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of carpentry tasks with precision and professionalism, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship on residential projects. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of remodeling, renovation, and new construction projects, delivering exceptional results that meet client expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for experienced carpenters who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about building and restoring structures with excellence. Duties Read and interpret detailed construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute project specifications. Measure, cut, assemble, and install various wood and drywall components using hand tools, power tools for woodworking, and woodworking machines. Perform framing, trim carpentry, siding installation, door hanging, fixture installation, and tile laying with precision. Conduct rebar installation, plastering, stucco application, caulking, and water damage restoration as needed to ensure structural integrity and aesthetic quality. Operate power tools safely following established protocols for power tool safety; handle heavy lifting tasks efficiently while maintaining safety standards. Assist with remodeling projects by assembling structures, installing drywall, applying stucco finishes, or restoring damaged areas within the construction site. Collaborate closely with project managers to interpret construction plans accurately and ensure timely project progression; support reinstallation or restoration efforts within the industry including mold remediation when required. Qualifications Proven experience in residential carpentry or related construction fields with a strong understanding of framing, drywall installation, trim work, and general woodworking techniques. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings confidently; familiarity with construction estimating is a plus. Skilled in using hand tools such as saws, hammers, chisels along with power tools for woodworking including drills and saws. Knowledge of wood construction materials including siding options and other building components; experience with woodworking machines is desirable. Demonstrated ability to work safely on construction sites adhering to all safety regulations including power tool safety protocols. Experience in restoration industry tasks such as water damage repair or mold remediation is advantageous. Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights; excellent problem-solving skills; reliable team player committed to quality craftsmanship. Pay:
$52,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
