Pay Rate:

Carpenter:

Read Blueprints:
- Study architectural drawings and technical specifications to plan daily tasks +
Measure and Cut:
- Use tape measures, laser levels, and saws to measure and cut wood, plastic, or drywall +
Construct Frameworks:
- Build and install floor systems, wall studs, roof rafters, and door frames +
Install Finishes:
- Fit and install doors, windows, molding, cabinets, and hardwood flooring +
Perform Repairs:
- Inspect damaged structures and replace rotted or broken wooden components

Technical Skills:
- Expert knowledge of hand and power tools, mathematics, and blueprint reading +
Physical Strength:
- Ability to stand, bend, climb, and lift heavy materials weighing up to 100 pounds +
Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork skills + Must be able to take direction and follow through with all assigned tasks + Background Check and Drug Test Required
