• Build, set, and strip concrete forms
• Construct dock framing and decking systems
• Perform carpentry related to seawalls and marine structures
• Read and work from construction drawings and layouts
• Measure, cut, and assemble wood and composite materials
• Work safely and efficiently with an experienced crew
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites What We're Looking For
• Minimum 1 year of carpentry or concrete formwork experience
• Marine, dock, or deck construction experience preferred but not required
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform accurate layout work
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Personal tools are a plus but not required
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physically demanding work outdoors
• Comfortable working around water and able to swim for safety purposes
