We're a growing marine contractor specializing in seawalls, docks, and waterfront construction throughout Broward and Palm Beach Counties. - Build, set, and strip concrete forms
- Construct dock framing and decking systems
- Perform carpentry related to seawalls and marine structures
- Read and work from construction drawings and layouts
- Measure, cut, and assemble wood and composite materials
- Work safely and efficiently with an experienced crew
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of carpentry or concrete formwork experience
- Marine, dock, or deck construction experience preferred but not required
- Ability to read a tape measure and perform accurate layout work
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Personal tools are a plus but not required
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physically demanding work outdoors
- Comfortable working around water and able to swim for safety purposes
