•We are seeking a lead Remodel Carpenter to join our team with at least 10 years experience in remodeling and proficient in all phases of full renovation work. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in framing, drywall/finishing, doors & trim, cabinets, flooring, tiling, painting etc. This position is for a highly skilled lead remodel carpenter ONLY, all others need not apply. Duties Execute remodeling projects from start to finish, including but not limited to kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces. Tile and floating floor experience, drywall installation and finishing. Utilize power tools effectively and safely for various construction tasks. Competent in baseboard, casing and crown molding installation. Painting and caulking. Hang doors and install cabinets with great attention to detail. Self starter, maintain steady work flow pace and team player. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of each project. Experience Strong construction background in commercial buildings/condos a plus. At least 10 years in remodeling so you are prepared to change gears from one discipline to the next. Familiarity with building materials and when and how to use them. Pickup Truck or van a MUST. Ability to transport tools and material to different job sites in the same day as needed. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results on time.
