00 per hour, commensurate with experience Position Overview Fox Building Group is seeking skilled and dependable Carpenters to join our team in the Tampa area. We are looking for candidates with experience in either Rough Carpentry or Finish Carpentry and are open to different experience levels depending on skill set and background. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, understands construction jobsite expectations, and can perform quality carpentry work safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Depending on experience and area of expertise, responsibilities may include: Perform rough and/or finish carpentry work on active construction projects Measure, cut, assemble, install, and repair wood and other building materials Perform framing, blocking, backing, sheathing, and other rough carpentry tasks Install doors, trim, molding, cabinetry, millwork, hardware, and other finish components Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, measurements, and specifications Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and other carpentry equipment Coordinate with Superintendents, Project Managers, and other trades on site Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Complete assigned work efficiently while maintaining Fox Building Group's quality standards Follow all company and jobsite safety procedures Qualifications Previous professional carpentry or construction experience required Experience in Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry, or both Strong knowledge of common carpentry tools, materials, and construction methods Ability to accurately measure, cut, and install materials Ability to follow plans, specifications, and direction from field supervision Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Dependable attendance and ability to work effectively as part of a construction team Ability to perform the physical requirements associated with construction and carpentry work Reliable transportation to jobsites in the Tampa area Compensation $20.00

00 per hour , commensurate with experience and demonstrated carpentry skill level. Candidates with backgrounds in either rough or finish carpentry are encouraged to apply. Applicants will be asked to identify their primary area of carpentry experience during the application process.
