GLO Resources is hiring a Concrete Carpenter Helper in Tampa, FL . The pay ranges between $19

• 21 per hour, experience dependent. The schedule is Monday
• Friday, 7AM
• 5PM with overtime available based on project needs.

Position Summary:

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Concrete Carpenter Helpers/Laborers to assist skilled carpenters with concrete formwork and general construction tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience working on construction sites, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to job site safety. This position requires the ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments and to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Assist concrete carpenters with constructing, setting, and stripping concrete forms. Load, unload, transport, and organize materials, tools, and equipment. Mix, place, pour, and spread concrete as directed. Maintain clean and organized job sites by removing debris, excess materials, and other waste. Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Follow all company safety policies, site-specific procedures, and applicable safety regulations. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous construction or concrete experience is preferred but not required. Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team. Valid Driver's License preferred. Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Physical Requirements:

This position requires regular physical activity, including: Standing and walking for extended periods. Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching. Repetitive use of hands and arms. Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling materials weighing up to 50 pounds or more. Working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
