Concrete Form Worker (Carpenter)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Form Worker (Carpenter) with strong hands-on skills in building and setting forms, placing concrete, and working to precise grades and elevations. This role requires versatility and a team-first mindset, with the ability to assist piping crews and perform general labor duties as needed on active job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and set wood and steel forms for structural slabs, including: Electrical building slabs Generator pads Transformer pads Well headers Assist with rebar installation, anchor bolt placement, and layout verification Place, vibrate, consolidate, and finish concrete to specification Support curing processes to ensure quality and durability Assist with small-scale site paving as required Support piping crews with trenching, grading, flange assistance, and material staging as workload shifts

Qualifications:

Proven experience with concrete work and form systems (wood and steel) Ability to read blueprints and work accurately to grade/elevation Strong understanding of job site safety and construction best practices Willingness to assist across trades, including piping and general civil work Reliable transportation and ability to work in a physically demanding environment

Pay:

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
