Our team is committed to excellence and professional growth in the construction industry. Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to be onsite.
This role requires a hands-on leader who excels in managing crews, interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in various remodeling skills including trim carpentry and subcontractor over site. Duties Lead and coordinate construction teams on-site to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining safety protocols. Interpret the scope of work Oversee all subcontractors Manage customer expectations Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety standards, and project specifications. Conduct dimensional measurements using tape measures and other tools to maintain precision in framing and carpentry tasks. Collaborate with clients and project managers to review plans, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction. Experience Proven experience in remodeling residential projects. Skilled in various trades such as carpentry, paint, sheetrock etc. Ability to read blueprints accurately and perform basic math calculations for measurements and material estimates. Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise diverse teams effectively on active job sites.
